Since our products are health supplements and consumables, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards. Therefore, we follow a No Return & No Refund Policy, with the exceptions mentioned below.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
- Once an order is delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
- This is to ensure the purity, safety, and integrity of our Ayurvedic and wellness products.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take every step to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect product that you did not order,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
- Refunds are processed only if the product is unavailable for replacement.
4. Refund Process (if applicable)
- Refunds (in case of incorrect/damaged orders that cannot be replaced) will be initiated within 7–10 working days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
